Dr. Daniel L. Rose

Daniel L. Rose MS, DDS came to California to study Radiological Physics at UCLA in 1983, and received his Master of Science degree in 1986. The climate in Los Angeles was agreeable enough for him to return. There, he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1993. While attending UCLA dental school, Dr. Rose received numerous certificates of appreciation in recognition for providing dental services to the less fortunate. At graduation Dr. Rose was recognized by the American Association of Endodontists for his student achievement. He also was recognized for his commitment to the medically compromised and special needs patient.

After graduation, Daniel L. Rose attended a General Practice Residency program at the West Los Angeles, VA Medical Center. There he more fully developed his skills in managing the medically challenged. He also developed proficiency in advanced anxiety and pain management techniques.

Once the VA dental-medicine residency was completed, Daniel L. Rose limited his practice to endodontics. In 1996 he received an Endodontic Certificate from UCLA.

Over the past ten years Daniel L. Rose has maintained a solo practice at his Danville, CA office. He is an active member in the Contra Costa Dental Society, California Dental Association, American Dental Association, and the American Association of Endodontists. Dr. Rose continues to enjoy the challenges presented by the medically compromised patient, and has a renewed interest in reactivating his sedation certificate.

During his spare time, Daniel L. Rose may be found cheering his boys’ little league teams, his daughter’s swim team, or hiking the beautiful trails of the Bay Area park system.
